Before founding Seceon in 2014, Chandra was General Manager and Vice President of Platform Solutions at BTI Systems. While at BTI, Chandra led a global team through the creation, development and launch of the Intelligent Secure Cloud Connect platform to more than 20 Web 2.0-focused customer deployments in less than 18 months. Prior to his role at BTI, Chandra held numerous senior leadership roles at Juniper Networks, Internet Photonics (now Ciena), Lucent and 3Com (now HP). At Juniper, Chandra led the worldwide Solutions Architecture and Engineering teams and held responsibility for delivering integrated security solutions for Juniper’s enterprise, service provider, managed service organization and major OEM partners, driving billions of dollars in revenue for the company. Chandra is an inspirational leader, empowering his team to take on the complex, continually evolving cyber security challenges facing business leaders today, creating a new market category in the process. As Seceon’s CEO he works closely with customers to define and address the problems, implications, consequences and solutions of defending corporate assets in today’s highly-connected enterprise. Lalit is Chief Revenue Officer for Seceon. He is an Industry Leader with over 30+ years of expertise in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Product Management, Product Development and Business Development. He has a great track record of identifying market opportunities, developing breakthrough products, and driving market share from product introduction to significant revenue. At Seceon, Lalit primarily developed the Global channel program, established most MSSP, Large Service Providers, Distributors and VARs partnerships and managed all the channel sales, product management and marketing. Lalit is very customer and technology focused and has closed many multi-million $ deals globally. Before joining Seceon, Lalit was in leadership position with Juniper Networks in Strategy Planning, Product Management and Product Development roles. His technology expertise includes SIEM, XDR, Advanced MSS, MDR, Network Security, Automation, Control and Data plane APIs, Network Orchestration and Controllers, SDN/NFV, Broadband and Business Edge Services, Routing, Switching and Security Products and Technologies. Prior to Juniper, Lalit has worked with Cadence Design Systems and Texas Instruments as Lead architect in developing industry recognized award-winning products. He received his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. He also has MS in Computer Science from IISc, Bangalore and BS in Electronics and Telecommunications from VJTI, Mumbai. Smit leads Seceon’s Data Science and Machine learning team in creation of state of the art Behavior Anomaly Detection solution. Before joining Seceon, as an executive member of the Tradepoint Systems which was later acquired by Kewill Systems, Smit leveraged data analytics to transform the legacy supply chain products to modern, competitive and cost effective SaaS platform based solutions in the cloud. This transformation allowed Kewill to shorten the revenue recognition cycles while increasing sales. Prior to that, Smit was the director of development at Upspring Software, which was acquired by MKS. Smit brings deep experience in software engineering, data sciences and has built complex enterprise applications at fortune 500 companies such as Schlumberger and PTC/Computervision. Smit holds a B.S from VJTI, Mumbai, an MS in Computer Science from Indian Statistical Institute and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
Tom is a veteran of more than 30 years in the fields of networking and security. Tom has spent the last 10 years working in both the physical and data security related fields. Prior to Seceon, he worked for Genband as Vice President of Sessions and Security. In this role he managed a world-wide development organization that provided security solutions and ongoing support for the world’s largest data and voice carriers (BT, Verizon, DT, SKYPE, T-Mobile, Telefonica and HKBN to name a few). Prior to Genband he was Vice President of Engineering and Operations at TimeSight Systems, an innovative startup in the Video Surveillance space that provided physical security solutions to a wide range of customers including casino’s, production studios (Paramount, Technicolor, etc…) and hundreds of school systems to name a few. He also managed engineering teams at the following networking companies, Nextpoint Networks(acquired by Genband), Internet Photonics(acquired by Ciena) and Chipcom(acquired by 3Com). At Seceon Tom is working with key customers to help them understand how Seceon’s OTM platform can help protect their networks and assets from being attacked and breached by the ever- increasing list of threats and cyber criminals. In addition, he provides seasoned leadership and is in charge of Technical Sales and Strategic Account Management.
Dennis Cline is an experienced, executive leader in the IT security space having served with companies like CyberShark, McAfee, BlackStratus, Microsoft and Claris. Dennis has led sales and marketing teams from start-up and sub $5 million in revenues to $25 million and up to $950 million in revenues. He has led small teams and organizations with over a thousand employees by building strategies, teams and the infrastructure to support those teams. His focus is and remains on creating the greatest customer experience possible. His undergraduate degree is in History from Rutgers University and his Law degree is from Rutgers School of Law.
Eric leads Seceon’s UI/UX team in the creation of modern interfaces and tools for user consumption. His responsibility at Seceon is to deliver rich experiences for users managing Big Data Analytics using Seceon’s Open Threat Management platform. Eric’s experience in software development spans more than three decades and he has created solutions for Fortune 500 companies, small to medium sized companies, international groups and, in 2005, he started his own cloud-based SAAS business, which he sold in 2010. Eric’s solutions have transformed industries and inspired countless others to follow. Eric’s background was derived from a formal Art education and an intense interest in software development, combining to form his unique talent for delivering software usability.
Chris is a seasoned Channel veteran with 20+ years in the Channels space. Chris’ tenure in the Channels space includes positions at IBM, Xerox Business Services, Cisco Systems and Fortinet. Chris’ career has afforded him the opportunity to participate in the development and implementation of some of the most innovative Channel programs in the industry. Chris has recruited and managed some of the largest companies in the US. Chris’ passion for Channel strategies as the way to successfully grow one’s business, leads him to work with young entrepreneurs in his local [business] community where he consults and trains future business owners.

Santanu (Shaan) Bagchi leads Pre-Sales and Marketing initiatives for Seceon in North America. As a Cybersecurity practitioner with experience in Solutions Consulting, Product Management and Marketing, Shaan brings versatile perspective to his role. Before joining Seceon, he led Solution Sales engagement and deal closures as Practice Director (Cybersecurity and Risk Services) for Wipro across Manufacturing, Financial Services and Technology customers in the US East region. For several years, he drove product planning, positioning and release for notable product companies like Secureworks (MSSP), Novell (Virtualization and IaaS), Digital Guardian (DLP) and Hitachi Data Systems (Cloud Storage-aaS).
Shaan likes to spend free time coaching his son’s soccer team, hiking/camping with family and friends and writing/reciting poetry or acting/directing plays. Shaan has an MBA from Babson College (Wellesley, MA) and Bachelor of Engineering from IIEST (formerly Bengal Engineering College, Shibpur, WB).
