Seceon #ITNation 2023 State of Cybersecurity Mini-Survey

IT Nation 2023 was held in Orlando, Florida in November 2023. During the event, it became abundantly clear that ConnectWise is rapidly moving forward with bringing AI-powered technologies to its long list of products and services that are optimized for MSPs.  At IT Nation this year ConnectWise announced its robotic automation technologies (RPA) and ConnectWise Sidekick to automate tasks, including ticket summaries and automating responses to end-users.  Jason Magee, ConnectWise CEO called AI the “Autobahn of Innovation”.

While at the booth, we ran a simple, short five-question survey on a 12.9” iPad Pro. Our goal was to uncover where the majority of MSPs/MSSPs are in their knowledge and deployment of advanced security services, what their challenges are in 2023, and goals are for 2024.
